New: AI-generated thumbnails for every stream

For churches, creators and small teams

Upload. Schedule. Forget about it.

Pick a video already sitting in your Google Drive, choose when it should go live, and StreamCloud starts it on YouTube for you, even if your computer is off, asleep, or a continent away. Need a thumbnail too? Describe it and StreamCloud generates one for you.

Nothing to install or leave running

StreamCloud starts a cloud machine for your stream and shuts it down the moment it ends. Your laptop can be closed the whole time.

Reuses video you already have

Connect Google Drive and pick from what is already there: a sermon, a recap, a replay. No new upload step, no duplicate storage.

Set it once, done

Choose a date and time, Play Once or Loop, and StreamCloud handles the rest: going live, watching the stream, and ending it cleanly.

A thumbnail without a design tool

Describe what you want, pick a style, and StreamCloud generates a thumbnail for your stream and sets it live on YouTube for you.

How it works

  1. Connect

Sign in with Google to connect your Drive and the YouTube channel you want to stream to. Takes about a minute.

  2. Pick a video

Choose any video already in your Drive. StreamCloud checks it can be streamed and shows you its length.

  3. Schedule it

Set the date, time, and whether it plays once or loops for a set number of hours, up to your plan's limit.

  4. Walk away

At the scheduled time, StreamCloud starts a streaming server, goes live on YouTube, and shuts everything down when it's done.

Everything you need to go live, nothing you don't

Real scheduling

Pick an exact date and time in your own time zone. StreamCloud starts the stream for you, on time, unattended.

Play Once or Loop

Stream a video straight through, or loop it for a set number of hours. A maximum length always applies, so nothing runs away.

Cloud streaming servers

Every stream runs on a short-lived cloud machine started just for it and shut down the moment it ends. No server to manage.

Google Drive, not a new upload

Streams the video where it already lives in your Drive (with the narrow drive.file permission; StreamCloud only sees what you pick).

A record of every stream

See what streamed, when, for how long, and whether it finished cleanly or failed, for every stream you've ever scheduled.

Straightforward usage

Your plan's monthly streaming minutes are shown right on your account page, so there's never a surprise.

AI-generated thumbnails

Describe your video, pick a style, and get a thumbnail generated for it in moments. Set it as your stream's live YouTube thumbnail with one click.

Plans that say exactly what they do

No unlimited-streaming claims. Every plan lists its real monthly minutes and per-stream maximum.

Frequently asked questions

Does my computer need to stay on?

No. Once a stream is scheduled, StreamCloud starts a cloud machine for it at the right time and streams from there. Your computer can be off.

Where does the video come from?

From your own Google Drive. You connect it once, and StreamCloud can only see the files you explicitly pick with Google's file picker; nothing else in your Drive.

What happens when the video ends?

In Play Once mode the stream ends when the video does (or at your plan's maximum length, whichever comes first). In Loop mode it repeats the video until the length you chose is reached, then stops.

Is there a limit on stream length?

Yes. Every plan has a maximum single-stream length and a monthly total, shown on the Pricing page. StreamCloud does not offer unlimited streaming.

Do you post to my YouTube channel without asking?

No. Every stream is one you scheduled yourself, on a channel you connected. StreamCloud never creates a broadcast you did not ask for.

Is StreamCloud affiliated with YouTube or Google?

No. StreamCloud is an independent product that uses the YouTube and Google Drive APIs with your permission. It is not endorsed by or affiliated with YouTube or Google.
